Su obra mural es sobradamente conocida porque sus trabajos decoran pa\u00f1os de grandes dimensiones en algunos de los m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos templos de la provincia como en la iglesia de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Cristo Rey<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> en Ja\u00e9n capital o la ermita de la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Virgen de Linarejos<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> en Linares. Sus trabajos de caballete forman parte de algunas importantes colecciones nacionales e internacionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dada la proyecci\u00f3n exterior de la figura del artista, su obra es merecedora de una mayor difusi\u00f3n y reconocimiento tanto dentro de nuestra localidad como fuera de \u00e9sta, ya que sus trabajos se encuentran dispersos y apenas tienen ocasi\u00f3n de ser mostrados al p\u00fablico salvo en contadas ocasiones. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, cabe destacar la colecci\u00f3n que expone su hijo, el fisioterap\u00e9uta Luis Guillermo Ba\u00f1os y la reciente aparici\u00f3n de una obra del pintor linarense entre las presentes en la reciente exposici\u00f3n <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Misericordia Crucifixa<\/i><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i><a class=\"sdfootnoteanc\" href=\"#sdfootnote1sym\" name=\"sdfootnote1anc\">1<\/a><\/i><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> en la Catedral de Ja\u00e9n de 15 de diciembre a 28 de febrero. Entre tanto, Linares apenas ha tenido ocasi\u00f3n de contemplar alguna de sus obras excepto por las mostradas en la exposici\u00f3n <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Redescubriendo <\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">en la que el Ayuntamiento de Linares que dejaba ver desde noviembre de 2020 hasta abril de 2021 cuatro de sus obras como parte del patrimonio pict\u00f3rico resultante de los premios de pintura que se celebraron durante la segunda mitad del pasado siglo.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"sdfootnote1\">\n<p class=\"sdfootnote\"><a class=\"sdfootnotesym\" href=\"#sdfootnote1anc\" name=\"sdfootnote1sym\">1<\/a><i>Misericordia Crucifixa.
